Why we started Tabernacle
Being members of our local church, attending Sunday services, and volunteering in various church activities, we had the opportunity to closely observe the operations of the church. We realized most operations were manual, traditional and paper-based. Resulting in longer execution timeframes, and larger expenses.
We also recognized that churches across the country faced similar challenges.
Churches needed a software to manage their finances, members, donations, and more. But none existed, specifically for churches. Generic business software could not meet the unique and niche needs of churches.
Existing church management software from the West were not locally relevant. They were expensive, and suffered from poor customer support due to different time zones.
To solve this problem, our founders decided to leave their tech consulting work with the government to build Tabernacle full-time. They were driven by the conviction to create the best church management software in the country—software designed with churches at its core, aimed at modernizing church operations.
Today, we are proud to serve over 150 churches across Asia Pacific.
